The 5kg mace is designed to be used by anyone.  It's light enough to double-hand but still heavy enough to train your body for future use on the big boy 10kg mace.  These are made dirt-cheap because we're building this design with your feedback.  It may not have all the bells and whistles but man is it going to make you strong.
